Re-ignite with a day in paradise.   Take time out to relax and unwind and simply be with this day that is just for you. Arriving at 8.30am, you will meet other participants over a warming cup of herbal tea on arrival.  A morning relaxation yoga class followed by a masterclass with our Lodge Chef who will give ideas and tips whilst making you a light and healthful lunch.  After lunch we go forest bathing, a mindful and gentle walk through the Retreat's forest and participate in a personal growth and resilience session.  Finishing with yin yoga in the afternoon and a convivial farewell each other over a cup of herbal tea.  The retreat finishes at 3.45 pm
