We're thrilled to offer another opportunity to experience a holistic shift or even transformation in your overall posture & movement, energy levels, stress resilience, mental clarity and inner peace.
Join us for a morning session of Gentle Yoga Flow and Yin, Pranayam (breathing control) and Essential Oil Healing Tonics, forest bathing and a delicious, nutritious brunch.
Each yoga session will bring a balanced and varied approach to stretching and tonifying muscle groups, nourishing and stimulating the vital organs, encouraging detoxification and preparing the body for Spring, releasing stress & energy blocks, and balancing energy flow. Options for beginners and more seasoned yogis to practice at a suitable level will be offered.
The Retreat's shinrin-yoku walk (forest bathing) is a chance to reconnect with nature with the benefits of increased relaxation and experiencing a sense of calmness and overall general wellbeing.
Brunch by Chef Tom is a delight not to be missed! With attention to local ingredients, freshness and unique flavours, this nourishing brunch is the perfect conclusion to the morning.
