Inviting everyone, from beginners to seasoned yogis, to join us as we breathe and move with awareness through a gentle and invigorating morning yoga session.
This 6 weeks of yoga is designed to
- wake up the body and mind out of lockdown mode!
- bring suppleness and integrity to our joints and muscles
- reinvigorate our organs, strengthen our immune system, especially as we move into winter....nourishing the heart, lungs, liver and kidneys
- deepen our inner peace and insight potential
We'll get back to basics in week one and slowly add a little more complexity over the six weeks. 'Yoga Only' and Six Week discounts available
- Entry to six week programme
- Each session has one hour yoga session with Madhuri Yoga followed by a light healthful brunch prepared by the Retreat's chefs.
