Alpine Wellness Sanctuary
The next wellness chapter at Mt Cook Lakeside Retreat is taking shape.
Opening in 2028, our Alpine Wellness Sanctuary will extend the natural wellness already found across the estate into a dedicated alpine garden overlooking Lake Pukaki and the Ben Ohau Range. Designed around water, warmth, movement and nature, the sanctuary will include an infinity pool, sauna and cold plunge, private hot tub garden, massage rooms, spaces for yoga and movement, quiet scented gardens and places simply to sit and be. The experience will move with the landscape, from sunrise over Lake Pukaki through the changing alpine light to sunset on the Ben Ohau Range and, after dark, the extraordinary night sky. It is wellness without hurry: restorative, private and deeply connected to place.
