Your evening begins with a multi-course tasting menu shaped by the season and produce from our gardens and local producers. As night falls, move from the table to the Observatory. Settle into the candlelit wine cellar before joining your Astro Guide beneath the dark sky, where planets, constellations, nebulae and galaxies become the final chapter of the evening. It is an experience created for time together — a honeymoon, anniversary, birthday or milestone, or simply one night you would like to remember.
