For a larger celebration, the Great Hall at The Moraine brings family, and friends together in the heart of the estate.
High ceilings, chandeliers, and a large open fireplace create a warm and elegant setting, while doors open to the veranda and views of the Ben Ohau Range. The Great Hall can host seated wedding receptions for up to 100 guests, with our culinary team creating a menu inspired by the season, the estate gardens and exceptional produce from the Mackenzie and wider region. Begin with drinks outdoors, gather around the table for dinner, then let the evening unfold. The Moraine allows the celebration to feel generous and relaxed while retaining the privacy and sense of place that define the Retreat.
